Started on 1 July 2019, the Project, which will end in November 2023, is implemented by Puglia Region in cooperation with the Region of Western Greece (lead partner), the Region of Epirus and the Region of the Ionian Islands and implemented with a wide range of territorial collaborating entities that include the University of Foggia, the University of Salento, the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute-Ciheam Bari, the University of Bari and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Bari.

One of the main objectives of the Creative@Hubs strategic action is to support the sectors of the creative, agricultural and agrifood industries in their path of innovation and internalisation, through a mutual contamination that can be a key turning point in identifying solutions and processes. To do this, Creative@Hubs focuses first on a network of 9 creativity hubs: physical spaces interconnected with each other dedicated to coworking and collaboration, located in Puglia and Greece. The second development lever is the training of sector operators, businesses and those who will be in charge of managing these community hubs (the hub managers), through the transfer of innovative skills.
