The European Cooperation Day is an initiative promoted by the European Union, on 21 September each year, to reflect on and highlight the results achieved by the 72 Territorial Cooperation Programmes financed throughout the territory of the Union. Under the motto “Sharing borders, growing closer”, we celebrate the cooperation work between Puglia and Greece, which together face the common challenges of territorial development, promotion of culture, tourism and identity.

The European Cooperation Day is coordinated by the Interact Programme with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the ERDF, European Regional Development Fund.
