On Friday 23rd of April at 6.30 pm the international meeting for sharing model of collaboration between creative and agro-food companies will be held online.
After the innovative experience of Cross Innovation Labs – Creative Camps Art & FoodExperience, the next initiative combines the Creative and Cultural sector with Agro Food sector: an experience of art and taste through an “online dinner” in which journalists and opinion leaders will cook at home some delicious recipes, led by a chef, by using a selection of typical Apulian and Greek products.
During the online dinner, the chef, Vincenzo Miracapillo, will explain the preparation of the recipes suggested in the menu, with the entertainment of artistic performances.
The menu is composed of: ‘orecchiette’, an handmade pasta, topped with Acquaviva onion and Murgiano pecorino cheese, Greek yogurt with honey, “Nero di Troia” wine, Greek ouzo.
The artistic performances involve the music by Mikis Theodorakis “Tema di Zorba”, “Mirtià” and by Nino Rota “Il Soldatino”. The musicians are Barbara Rinero, piano and Francesco Scoditti, flute.
The initiative is part of the Creative Camps project, co-financed by the European Union, the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and by national funds from Greece and Italy through the Interreg V-A Greece-Italy 2014-2021 Program, which is led by the Municipality of Bari, and as partners the Apulian Public Theater and Ciheam Bari for Italy and the Municipality of Aigialeia and the Chamber of Commerce of Ilia in Greece.
