The Cross Innovation Labs (X-I Labs) – Creative Camps Art&FoodExperience is scheduled on Monday 15th of February from 6.30 pm.
The XI Labs – Creative Camps is an experience that combines art and taste during a real “online dinner”, where journalists and opinion leaders are inviting to prepare real dishes with a customized cooking kit, including typical apulian products.
This action is the final work of 10 creative and agri-food working teams who have worked together for the last months in order to create and develop some ideas of cross innovation between creative and agri-food sector.
Thanks to a series of video tutorials edited by professional chefs, each participant will be able to prepare the dishes while an artistic performance will enjoy the group game.
The initiative is part of Creative Camps project, lead by the Municipality of Bari, and as partners the Apulian Public Theater and Ciheam Bari for Italy and the Municipality of Aigialeia and the Chamber of Commerce of Ilia for Greece.
