Next Tuesday 16th February 2021, starting at 11:00, the Municipality of Putignano will hold the Online Conference entitled “Jump Project – Youth, Creativity and Urban Heritage”, organised within the project “JUMP – Joint Urban Measures for creative Players”.

It will be an opportunity to present the two calls for selection young artists for 2 workshops, the Eco-design Workshop and the Music Masterclass, which will be published on February 16, 2021 and will allow to select young talents, designers and local musicians.
JUMP project, starting from the fruitful results achieved with “I Make” project, carried out during the previous programming period Greece-Italy 2007-2013, aims at restoring and enhancing a disused urban heritage, such as slaughterhouses, through the creative industry, developing the management model of a creative hub, already tested by the Municipality of Putignano, which will be transferred as a good practice to the Greek partners, together with the artistic contents and the range of services implemented.
Special speakers will take part in the event: Luciana Laera – Mayor of the Municipality of Putignano, Rossana Delfine – Councillor for Culture, Tourism, Old Town and Suburbs, Participation and Social Innovation, Anna Caldi – Councillor for Social Policies and Social Welfare, Youth Policies, Public Education.
All the project partners will have the opportunity to present their institutions and their role within JUMP project, and they will officially present the project’s aim and expected results, focusing the attention on the next laboratory activities.
