COMMUNITY AND DISTRICT SHORT ARTISTS’ RESIDENCY PROGRAMME IN TRICASE

9 weeks of residency dedicated to 9 different artistic projects

Ciheam Bari and the the Municipality of Tricase launch a competition to select 9 artists or groups of artists for one-week artist residency from 09 May to 11 July 2020 to live and work in Tricase Port Museum.
The competition is open to all individual artists or groups of artists (max 4 people) from all over Europe, working in the field of visual arts, music, dance and theatre.
The artist residency proposes a format successfully run across Italy, known as B.R.A.C.T. (Community and District Short Artists’ Residency Programme) to support the activity of arts production in different areas, strongly believing that art is a valuable tool to promote the territory.
The common theme of the 2020 residencies is ” Between land and sea: the coast, a borders and connection world”. ”
