Interreg Ofidia2 project story is one of the 10 finalists for Interreg Project Slam 2021 video competition.

Organised by Interact, the Interreg Project Slam has benn opened to all Interreg projects and it celebrates the achievements of Interreg programmes in the 2014-2020 period.
Lead Partner of Ofidia2 project is CMCC Foundation; the project partners are Decentralized Administration of Epirus-Western Macedonia, Forest Directorate (DAEWM), University of Ioannina, Puglia Region – Civil Protection Section; associated partners: Municipality of Lecce, ARIF (Regional Agency for Irrigation and Forest Activities).
In 2021 the Interreg Project Slam will be in connection with the European Cooperation day Campaign in the week of 21 September.
Interact has launched a call for all Interreg programmes to share stories about the achievements and results of cooperation. Emphasis is on creative use of storytelling techniques to make the benefits of cooperation relatable. Have a look at the video from 2020 to get a taste of the Project Slam stories.
The 10 finalists will have an opportunity to produce a video. Interact provides coaching and financial support for the video production (up to 3000 EUR per video). They will be shared online and featured in a social media campaign in September.
The ultimate winner will be selected during the week of 21 September (European Cooperation Day) in a grand final. The final is held online and streamed live. During the session, all 10 videos will be presented and complemented with an interview with each of the finalists. Finally, the online audience will select the winner by an interactive vote.
