On 6 October 2020, the conference “The smart use of digital: promoting new skills for training and work” will take place in Bari at Fiera del Levante (Institutional Pavilion of Puglia Region n. 152 – Room 3). The initiative is part of the project “TELEICCE – Promotion of teleworking and massive open online course (MOOC) training for increased cluster competitiveness and employment”.
The conference, which will take place both in presence and online, will focus on the following topics: promotion of competitiveness and employment with the online training, digitalization of companies and good practices, digital work and innovation, and finally the results of TELEICCE project.
The rapporteurs will highlight the importance of digitalization in the workplace and will share the good practices already existent in this concern. As a matter of fact, the objective is to promote digital skills among freelancers for training and work, so that they become more creative, productive and thus more competitive in the respective professional sectors.
The event is organized by I.F.O.A (Istituto Formazione Operatori Aziendali) – Beneficiary Partner of the project TELEICCE. Other project partners are: Hellenic Open University (Lead Partner), Chamber of Commerce of Achaia, Ionian University, CNA Brindisi – National Confederation of Crafts and Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Brindisi and the Ministry of Education and Religion Affairs (Associated Partner).
Among the speakers there are Anna Lobosco, Director of Professional Training Section/ Department of Economic Development, Innovation, Instruction, Training and Work of Puglia Region and Umberto Lonardoni, General Director of IFOA.
After the introduction by Vito Brugnola, Responsible of IFOA Puglia area, and Ilaria Gasparro Project Manager IFOA – Project TELEICCE, the main results of the project will be presented. To follow, Dario Montanaro (President of ANCL – National Association for Labour Consultants), Emmanuele Massagli (President of ADAPT – Association for international and comparative studies on labour and industrial relations), Luigi Triggiani (Director of UnionCamere Puglia) and Gianfranco Gadaleta (Joint Secretariat Coordinator of Interreg V-A Greece – Italy Programme 2014/2020).
According to COVID rules, the presence of no more than n. 58 participants will be allowed, while the limit for the online participants is n. 100.

A copy of the booking confirmation – with name, surname and email of the registrant – will be transmitted automatically to the email address managed by the virtual box office of the fair. From 9am to 8 pm, the virtual box office will send to each participant the code necessary for the ticketing.
